What is the status of the Aratana CVR?

Elanco finalized the acquisition of Aratana Therapeutics on July 18, 2019. At the close of the stock-for-stock transaction, Aratana stockholders received 0.1481 shares of Elanco common stock and one contingent value right (CVR) for each share of Aratana common stock. The CVR of $0.25 per Aratana share will be paid in cash if capromorelin achieves certain sales levels on or before the end of 2021. Elanco will update the investment community as milestones are met.
